This new hotel brand specialises in integrated fitness and recovery

SIRO is setting a new standard for those seeking comprehensive fitness and recovery solutions.

After opening its first property, SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai in February this year, SIRO have announced plans to introduce SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro later in 2024, and the development of two more properties based in Saudi Arabia and Mexico. Designed to offer guests a holistic fitness and recovery experience, SIRO’s hotels enable guests to unlock their mental and physical potential through five key pillars: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery and mindfulness. To deliver a best-in-class experience, each SIRO hotel features a cutting-edge fitness club, a suite of specialised treatments to aid sports recovery, tech-enabled accommodations to support optimal sleep, customisable nutrition-led dining, and a team of in-house specialists to coach guests and curate an engaging environment for all-encompassing fitness.

Set to open in 2027, SIRO Palmilla will be located in Los Cabos on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula, offering a tranquil and temperate climate for SIRO guests wanting to focus on their fitness and recovery. Comprised of 120 keys and a cluster of SIRO branded residences, of which 14 will be standalone villas, the site is part of a new masterplan development, Palmilla Reserve. Located near the iconic One&Only Palmilla – a flagship property of the One&Only portfolio also run and operated by Kerzner – and situated on a hillside overlooking the Palmilla Golf Club, the development offers sweeping views of the golf course, ocean and surrounding hills.
