Derby Day, Saturday 2 November
Coogee Pavilion will host an unforgettable Derby Day celebration where guests can don their best black and white attire and dance beachside on the rooftop with DJ sets all afternoon. There will be Chandon and Furphy specials all day and a live feed of the race from Flemington, with TAB facilities for the punters. Entry is free and doors open from 12pm.
Melbourne Cup, Tuesday 5 November
ivy Pool Club – $150pp
There’s no place like Pool Club to get the Melbourne Cup party going. Enjoy a glass of Chandon Brut or a Furphy on arrival then take advantage of the three-hour beverage package and delicious canapés from 12-3pm. Have a punt at the on-site TAB, watch the race on the big screen and party the day away with resident DJs.

Be transported to the Amalfi Coast and spend Melbourne Cup wining and dining at ivy’s hatted poolside restaurant for a truly premium Cup Day experience. Soak up the sunshine this Cup Day on the deck for great views, drinks and food, the race live on the big screen, on-site TAB and live entertainment and DJs all day. There will be a ‘Fashions on the Field’ competition with prizes for the best dressed.

Make your way to Manly Wharf for a Cantonese feast with a side of sea breeze. Enjoy a glass of Moët and Chandon Imperial or a schooner of Furphy on arrival, followed by a tasty 11-dish banquet, catch the race on screen and raise a glass with friends as you take in the water views.

This sophisticated two-hatted kitchen will be putting on a leisurely four-course seasonal Melbourne Cup lunch, designed by renowned head chef Danielle Alvarez. Guests can come dressed to impress and enjoy a glass of Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial on arrival, and keep the party going post-lunch by heading downstairs to Charlie Parker’s to indulge in some of Sydney’s best cocktails.
The Vic on The Park Deck – $50pp
Make your way to the Inner West this Melbourne Cup and have a winning day on the deck with a few drinks, seriously good pub food and a party mood. Enjoy a glass of Chandon Brut or Furphy on arrival plus a shared three-course set menu, place bets on site, watch the race on the big screen and enjoy the tunes of the resident DJ.

Catch the excitement this Oaks Day with a live feed from Flemington while indulging in a stunning sit-down lunch with free-flowing Moët and Chandon Rosé and a four-course menu curated by Totti’s executive chef, Mike Eggert. The lunch Hosted by Kellie Hush, founder of The Way and former editor-in-chief of Harper’s BAZAAR, and there will be prizes for best dressed, best headwear and best shoes and accessories. $220pp.
