Luxury estate, Nay Palad Farm to open in Ibiza’s countryside

When thinking of Ibiza, alpacas, meditation and rural countryside probably aren’t the first things that spring to mind…

Opening in June 2024, Nay Palad Farm sits in Ibiza’s wine-making region on the rural northwest of the island, in Sant Mateu d’Albarca. Backdropped by undulating hills and olive groves, it is a gateway to exploring authentic villages whilst just 10 minutes from the secluded shoreline.

A must-visit countryside escape for 2024

Comprising six bedrooms and seven bathrooms across a main finca building and a separate guest house, Nay Palad Farm is unquestionably a destination in its own right.

The property features an 18-metre pool and natural pond, meditation and yoga yurt, world-class outdoor gym, football, volleyball, and basketball field, padel court with floodlights and a Finnish and infra-red sauna; not forgetting the 25 alpacas, two horses, six donkeys, eight goats, 10 sheep and several dogs, all tended to by an on-site farm manager and his team.

Nay Palad Farm is a playground for fun and relaxation

In line with the Nay Palad philosophy, Nay Palad Farm has been designed to offer the perfect balance of relaxation and play. Alongside a range of activities and facilities, is a thoughtfully created design that celebrates space, tranquillity and nature.

Simplistic, rustic-luxe interiors blend seamlessly into the landscape with a calming canvas of whitewashed walls and polished concrete floors and design features include exposed Sabina beams and stone finishings to complement the use of natural materials throughout the estate. Social spaces are celebrated with a huge double-sided fireplace that separates the kitchen from a central seating area, scattered with armchairs and complete with a billiards table.

The principal suite hosts a luxurious canopy-covered bed paired with an indulgent en suite complete with a deep soak tub and those looking to start the day a little more au naturel can also enjoy the suite’s outdoor rustic chic stone bathroom and stunning views of the surrounding. A beautiful spiral staircase leads to a scenic roof terrace with panoramic views of the Ibiza countryside.

Guests can dip between an 18-metre pool and a natural pond, before spending time in one of the many chillout areas, which double as viewing platforms across the estate, and include a stand-out four-poster bed sitting in the middle of the alpaca field.
