Joining Crystal later this year is the global sensation Beefbarthe brainchild of visionary master chef Riccardo Giraudi. This high-style gem has become well-known in the culinary world, having received a slew of awards since its first inception in Monaco in 2005.

Beefbar is celebrated for its high-quality dishes inspired by the global street food scene, with an emphasis on premium cuts of international beef. Crystal’s menu will present shared plates and mains divided into Beefbar’s signature categories of Beef, Reef, and Leaf, also featuring a selection of tiraditos and tartares.

Guests can tuck into award-winning beef steaks sourced from Australia, savour the flavours of citrus and cilantro with the reef cerviche, and indulge in plant-based dishes like the organic cauliflower steak with green tahini and pomegranate. Perfectly matching the ships’ sense of relaxed luxury, guests are treated to an atmosphere that is reminiscent of the French Riviera, with wonderful views of the ocean.

UMI UMA – The only Nobu at sea

Aboard Crystal, you’ll find UMI UMA, created by legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa. This master has built a global empire out of his famed Nobu restaurants, which are celebrity hotspots everywhere from Paris to Dubai.

Dining at UMI UMA is not just a meal but an experience designed to immerse you in the rich culinary traditions of Japan but with an innovative Peruvian twist. Aboard the ships, you’ll find a contemporary Japanese-inspired aesthetic that uses minimalism, natural materials, and subtle lighting to create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. 

Sit up at the Sushi Bar as you watch the expert chefs masterfully preparing sashimi and perhaps order a sake or cocktail. Your waitperson can recommend one that pairs perfectly with your chosen meals. Then, tuck into signature dishes like the Miso-Marinated Black Cod, Grilled Chilean Sea Bass and Wagyu Beef Filet Steak as the sun sets over the high seas.
