By Prior Arrangement is delighted to be working with international foodie star Valli Little who will lead three fabulous culinary tours to three wonderful destinations in 2017. Each tour will accommodate a maximum of 10 guests and each adventure will have hands-on cooking classes with Valli, local chefs and cooks.
The first tour in Morocco begins on the Atlantic Coast in a tiny village just south of Oualidia. Staying in a house on the beach, guests will visit oyster farms and gather local seafood as it comes in off the boats. On to exotic Marrakech for four days of exploring, cooking and indulging at Dar Les Cigognes.

The second tour is based in a Cotswolds country house near Burford. Guests will meet some of Valli’s dear friends who will join in on the culinary journey with cooking classes at Thyme in Southrop, a visit to Daylesford Organic Farm and a very special day with Rob Broadbent (Buzo, Sydney).
4 -11 June 2017. AUD$8,500 per person twin share
Tour three is France, in the small village of Frayssinet-le-Gélat, staying in a charming country house with a pool and extensive gardens. Guests will enjoy picnics at a lavender farm, local vineyards and learning the many secrets of French pâtisserie.
