Located in The Ritz-Carlton in Melbourne, Atria Restaurant is opening its doors to lovers of fine dining during the 2024 Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
An exclusive culinary experience
For five nights in March 2024, Atria will welcome guests to indulge in a six-course culinary journey. Curated by hatted Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw and Michelin two-starred Chef Kanji Kobayashi, the unique dinner will celebrate Victoria’s sustainable harvesters, growers, graziers and fishermen. The collaboration between chefs will blend Japanese culinary tradition with Australian innovation to hero local, hard-to-find ingredients.
United by a passion for produce shaped by the natural climate and season, Michael and Kanji will present their chef’s selection menu at Atria’s spectacular 19 metre Victorian ash cold bar, set high above Melbourne with sweeping views of the city and surrounds
The six-course Atria culinary journey will be available from 19 March 2024 – 23 March 2024 for $390 per person (food only). A wine pairing curated by Atria’s head sommelier in partnership with the Villa Aida wine team is also available.
